Created by Julius Rose after the war, the "Featherlite Motor-Wheel" was primarily designed for the young rider its front wheel and fork would be similar to any other motorbike with a standard tire. But the fuel tank, engine, seat and driver would be housed entirely within the 60-inch rear “tube-in-one-tire.”  Rose also designed the ultra-cute three wheel scooter "Marvel Delivery Car" below.
